My name is Lucy. I am 18 years old. I live with my parents and my younger brother in Manchester. This year, I started studying at a new school. My school is big, and there are many students from different countries.

I go to school from Monday to Friday. I usually wake up at half past six. I have breakfast with my family. I normally eat cereal and a banana, and I drink a glass of milk. At seven thirty, I leave home and take the bus to school.

My first class starts at eight o'clock. My favorite subject is English because I like learning new words. I also study math, science, history, and art. I do not like math very much because I think it is difficult.

At twelve o'clock, I have lunch with my friends in the school cafeteria. After lunch, we sometimes sit outside and talk.

School finishes at three o'clock. I usually go home and do my homework. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I play basketball after school.

I like my new school because my teachers are friendly and I have many new friends. I am very happy there.
